Shipping & Returns

We offer flat rate shipping and aim to ship items within two business days.

Our rates are:   

UK: £2.99

EU: £3.99

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan: £5.99

We use UK Royal Mail for all our orders. We are not responsible for any costs related to importing items such as Duty, VAT, import charges etc. 

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

UK: 1 - 3 working days

EU: 5 - 7 working days

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan: 7 - 14 working days

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  If you are not happy with your product you can return your item to us so long as:

a) you inform us first of your request for a refund, please contact us on returns@passportamigo.com

b) the item is returned to us within 28 days of purchase

c) all items being returned are unused and in their original packaging

d) all items purchased as a bundle are returned together - no part refunds of bundles are allowed

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and for safely getting it to us. We strongly recommend you use a tracked service. 

We have chosen the outer packaging to be reusable in case you wish to make a return.

Please reuse the packaging to ensure your item is returned to us in an undamaged condition.

We can only refund to the card used for the original purchase.

For products sent outside of the European Union, we do not refund costs and expenses incurred to receive the product. Such as, but not limited to, shipping costs, import duties & taxes.
